Bell tents, or tipi tents, are great for those that enjoy tent camping without all the work of putting up the tent and sleeping on the not-so-comfortable ground. Not “glamping”, but close. These beautiful tents are equipped with two full size pillowtop mattresses, sleeping four comfortably. Guests must bring their own pillows and blankets or whatever makes them comfortable. Enjoy the sounds of the river from your private deck with chairs and interior string night lights provided. The entire tent unzips for a lovely fresh air experience with the safety of netting and durable canvas.

A total of five riverfront tents are available in three different areas of the campground. Mama Bear, Papa Bear, and Baby Bear tents are located on the more secluded second island and are perfect for three families, couples traveling together, or a girls weekend. The Flint Tent, located at the beach and swimming area, is great for those that want to be closer to the action. Smoky Bear Tent is located on our expansion side with easy access to bath house, playground, river, and it has a nice big yard. The tents have water and electric at the site and nearby parking. Bath house is located 50-100 yards from the tents. Rates range from $69-$99 per night depending on the season. No pets are allowed in bell tents. If pet hair is found in tent you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.  Please no smoking in tents.
