One of the best parts about staying at our Smoky Mountain campground is we are just minutes away from the action of downtown Gatlinburg but are in a peaceful location surrounded by the Little Pigeon River. One of the top reasons why families love camping with us is because we are so close to the attractions, shops, and restaurants in downtown Gatlinburg. While there are plenty of fun recreational opportunities to enjoy at our campground, you don’t want to miss some of the exciting attractions in Gatlinburg such as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Anakeesta, and the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park. You will also find dozens of unique shops throughout downtown Gatlinburg, as well as plenty of tempting restaurants to satisfy your appetite.

After all, Gatlinburg is located on the doorstep to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can find everything from kid-friendly hikes to difficult treks for the experienced hiker. When camping near Gatlinburg TN, you will appreciate the easy access to the Gatlinburg Parkway! You don’t have to worry about driving on twisting back roads or gravel trails through the mountains to find our campground since we are located just off of Highway 321. Simply travel east on Highway 321 from Gatlinburg and make a left on Route 416, which is clearly marked by our campground sign. The Greenbrier Campground is then just 250 yards down on the left.
While our campground features a store for your convenience, our location near Gatlinburg makes it easy to pick up any additional supplies you might need throughout your Smoky Mountain vacation. The Nantahala Outdoor Center at traffic light #10 in Gatlinburg features the area’s best selection of outdoor apparel, gear, and equipment, making it the perfect destination to pick up any last minute camping supplies! If you need groceries, you will find a Food City directly on Highway 321 between Gatlinburg and our campground.
