Our campground is located near the Greenbrier entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There you will find hundreds of romantic hiking trails you can explore with your date. Whether you want to see waterfalls, historic buildings, breathtaking views, or a little bit of it all, hiking is one of the best couples things to do in Gatlinburg! Some of the most popular trails include Alum Cave, Mount LeConte and Rainbow Falls. 2. Enjoy a Romantic Dinner
If you want to enjoy a fancy dinner on your camping trip instead of cooking on the fire, our campground is just a short drive away to some of the most romantic restaurants in the Smokies. In Gatlinburg, you will find The Peddler Steakhouse, which is one of the most common date night restaurants in the area. This is the perfect place to treat yourself and your sweetheart to one of the best steak dinners you have ever had. The staff brings the cuts of meat directly to your table, explain the options, and then custom cut your steak right in front of you. Then they take it back to the kitchen and grill it over Tennessee hickory charcoal, giving it an unmatchable flavor. Also, be sure to start your meal off with a trip to their famous salad bar!
3. Ride on The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel
The Island in Pigeon Forge has a multitude of activities for couples, including The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel. This 200 foot ferris wheel presents an unbelievable view of Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains. Each gondola is made with glass, which gives you a 360 degree view from way up in the sky. While you are stationed at the top, you can snap a selfie with your date to post on social media and to show to your friends and family back home! Afterwards, be sure to watch the free The Island Show Fountain in action and check out the dozens of amazing shops near the ferris wheel. If you're feeling up to it you can even hop on one of the rides at The Island.
4. Play a Round of Miniature Golf
